Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain in original packaging, include all supplied components and are in resalable condition.

How to request a return

1. Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
2. Open Your Orders and select the relevant MEYULMOL product.
3. Choose the available return or support option and follow Amazon’s instructions.
4. Repack the battery and every included accessory using the original protective materials.
5. Use the approved carrier and required dangerous-goods labeling shown in the return instructions.

Refund timing

Once a return is approved and received, the refund is generally processed within one to two business days. Bank or card processing may add time before the credit appears. Amazon will display the current refund status in the order record.

Return condition

The product must be free from installation damage, alteration, misuse and missing parts. Batteries with cut terminals, modified enclosures, damaged labels or evidence of operation outside the published limits may not qualify as unused returns. If a battery has been installed or shows a possible defect, contact support before shipping it.

Shipping batteries safely

Lithium batteries are regulated for transport. Never send a battery without an approved return authorization and the carrier instructions supplied through Amazon. Terminals must be protected against short circuit and the product must be secured against movement inside the package.
