Coverage
MEYULMOL products are built around a ten-year lifespan design target. Supported models are engineered for up to 10,000-plus cycles, while the broader range is designed for more than 5,000 deep cycles under suitable operating conditions. Actual service life and cycle count vary with depth of discharge, temperature, charge settings, load and maintenance of the surrounding system.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a product is confirmed to have a covered defect, MEYULMOL will provide the remedy available for the specific product and order, which may include technical resolution, replacement parts, product replacement or another solution permitted by Amazon policy and applicable law.
Lifetime technical assistance
Technical assistance remains available for installation, wiring, charger selection, system compatibility and supported series or parallel configurations. Technical assistance does not extend the duration or scope of a product warranty, but it is available to help owners operate the battery correctly.
Starting a claim
- Open the purchase in your Amazon order history.
- Contact MEYULMOL through the Amazon messaging system.
- Provide the order number, exact model, a description of the issue and any relevant voltage, BMS or charger information.
- Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions provided by the support team.
Conditions and exclusions
Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects arising during normal use within the product’s published specifications. It does not cover damage from incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, incompatible chargers, unsupported series or parallel configurations, physical modification, impact, fire, flooding beyond the stated enclosure rating, improper storage, neglect, commercial abuse or operation outside published temperature and electrical limits.

Do not open or modify the battery case. Unauthorized disassembly can create a safety risk and may void coverage. Contact support before attempting any corrective work.
